Job Overview

Nutreco, a global leader in Animal Nutrition and Aquaculture, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team in the UK. As a key member of the Trouw Nutrition GB team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding revenue and retaining clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a calm and confident demeanor, with strong troubleshooting and complaint resolution management skills.

Key responsibilities will include administering client orders, collaborating with internal teams, and acting as a point of contact for complaints. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to advise clients on creating optimal supply solutions and contribute to the improvement of existing ways of working.

To excel in this role, you will have a proven track record in Customer Service and possess the following skills:

  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Calm and confident demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Troubleshooting and complaint resolution management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
