Customer Service Engineer

Hours: Full time
Salary: Up to £45,000
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of FMCG Machinery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs of FMCG Machinery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- 2-4 years of experience in the field service industry and/or food industry knowledge
- Apprenticeship or equivalent Electro-mechanical experience preferred
- Previous experience and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor control circuitry required
- PLC's with Ladder Logic knowledge is advantageous
- Must be able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
- Possess a full valid driver's license for this role
