About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Engineering Team Lead to join our Service Department at our Ashbourne depot.

As a key member of our team, you will assist in developing and maintaining the highest level of aftersales service, working closely with the Service Manager to deliver excellence to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the highest level of aftersales service
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to deliver excellence to our customers
  • Lead a team of technicians in the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure exceptional service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

About You

We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Engineering Team Lead with a strong background in technical roles and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical role with agricultural machinery
  • Strong diagnostic ability and technical knowledge of agricultural machinery
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
