About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our Service Department as a Workshop Team Leader at our Ashbourne depot. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the highest level of aftersales service.

As the Workshop Team Leader, you will work closely with the Service Manager to achieve our goal of being recognized as industry leaders. Your primary objective will be to deliver excellence to each customer, ensuring they receive a first-class service with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair agricultural machinery and equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment

• Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties

• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure all repairs meet our high standards

• Collaborate with the Service Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements

• Experience working in a technical role with agricultural machinery and equipment

• Strong diagnostic ability and good all-round technical knowledge of agricultural machinery

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
