**Catering Supervisor Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Catering professional to lead our kitchen team at a primary school in Derbyshire.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen, including preparation, cooking, service, and performing clerical duties via a digital management system.

Our customers' health and safety is our top priority, and all staff are required to follow food hygiene and health & safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the kitchen team and ensure efficient service delivery
  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Requirements:**

  • NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or relevant experience
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety
