Customer Service Representative

Nutreco, a global leader in Animal Nutrition and Aquaculture, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of assigned clients and will work to safeguard our revenue and retain our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders among client portfolios
- Administering client orders to ensure requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to address clients' needs
- Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
- Advising clients on creating optimal supply solutions
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in customer service and experience in:
- Establishing and maintaining trusted and loyal relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
- Having excellent attention to detail
- Being competent in all Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Having a calm, confident manner
- Having strong client-facing, communication skills
- Troubleshooting, complaint resolution management, and multi-tasking skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- A flexible approach to working hours due to the seasonal nature of the business
