Job Overview

Nutreco, a leading global animal nutrition and aquaculture company, seeks a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, with experience in establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, both internally and externally. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders among client portfolios
  • Administering client orders to ensure requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address clients' needs
  • Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
  • Providing advice to clients on creating optimal supply solutions

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a team player with a calm and confident manner, excellent attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have experience with CRM systems and practices.
