Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and thank customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they have had a positive experience with us.
- Provide exceptional service at all times, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs.
- Efficiently process sales, orders, and refunds at the tills.
- Process deliveries and help get new stock onto the shop floor.
- Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor and back of house.
- Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions.
- Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure GDPR procedures are followed at all times.
- Deliver excellent customer service standards, focusing on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Exhibit a passionate commitment and enthusiasm for the FatFace brand, demonstrating our brand vision and values.
- Align yourself with the company's social and environmental mission and champion actions that you can directly impact.
- Provide a personal, genuine, and authentic approach.
- Act with integrity, demonstrating a passion for, interest in, and understanding of others.

- Deliver on operational standards to maintain expected requirements across all core components.
- Experience in a customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Confidence in taking the initiative and working under your own direction at times.
