Workshop Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Team Leader to join our Service Department at our Ashbourne depot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that they receive a first-class experience with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of technicians in providing technical support and guidance to ensure the highest level of aftersales service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all repairs and maintenance work is carried out to the highest standards, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to technicians to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of the Service Department's policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in a technical role with agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Strong diagnostic ability and good all-round technical knowledge of agricultural machinery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
