About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Crew member in Ashbourne. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our customers, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and thank customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they have a positive experience with us.
  • Provide exceptional service at all times, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products to suit their needs.
  • Efficiently process sales, orders, and refunds at the tills, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process deliveries and help get new stock onto the shop floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions, ensuring you can effectively communicate with customers.
  • Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including GDPR guidelines.
