Job Overview

Nutreco, a global leader in Animal Nutrition and Aquaculture, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. You will work closely with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions to optimize their supply chain.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders among client portfolios
  • Administering client orders to ensure requirements are met accurately and on time
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for client complaints and escalating issues as necessary
  • Providing expert advice to clients on creating optimal supply solutions

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in customer service, with experience in:

  • Establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Calm and confident communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • A flexible approach to working hours due to the seasonal nature of our business
