What You'll Do

  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating room bookings, compiling job adverts, arranging interviews, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers to ensure accurate and timely progress.
  • Set up employee files for new starters, ensuring personnel records are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage the absence hotline to provide timely support to employees.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Prior HR administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
