Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment and employee services processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating room bookings, compiling job adverts, arranging interviews, and handling all correspondence.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers with vacancies and job applications.
- Set up employee files for new starters, ensuring personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records.
- Coordinate and manage the absence hotline.
Requirements:
- Past HR administrative experience.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and prioritize workload effectively.
- Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
