Human Resources Coordinator

The Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their team. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR systems and benefits, providing exceptional support to external suppliers, and collaborating with the Talent & Acquisition Lead on recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately maintain and administer HR systems and benefits
• Provide first point of contact for external suppliers
• Support Talent & Acquisition Lead with recruitment activities
• Manage HR inbox and screen incoming calls
• Report monthly HR metrics for the HR department
• Administer timely updates to employee records and systems
• Support implementation of new processes, systems, policies, and procedures
• Assist in presenting HR data within reports and statutory returns
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar HR role
• Strong working knowledge of HR best practice
• Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office
