We are looking for an **HR Administrator** to join us on a full-time permanent basis at one of our fashion-retailer contracts in Crick. You’ll be part of the human resources team helping to take care of all HR administration and queries that occur on-site.
You will be working mostly Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
You’ll earn a salary of up to **£23,500** per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). **What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Support the recruitment of a range of roles through room bookings, compiling adverts, arranging interviews, and dealing with all correspondence, supporting with interviews as required
- Set up employee files for new starters, ensure personnel files are accurate, audited, and archived in line with GDPR records
- Ensure that all probationary assessments take place for employees during their probationary period
- Be responsible for the coordination and management of the absence hotline
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Past HR and/or Payroll administrative experience
- Good use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills/prioritise workload effectively
- Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
