This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining HR systems, benefits, and employee records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records
- Providing administrative support for recruitment activities
- Managing HR inbox and screening incoming calls
- Reporting monthly HR metrics
- Providing first-line support and guidance to employees and managers on HR matters
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar HR role
- Strong working knowledge of HR best practice
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Exceptional organisation skills and ability to plan and prioritise workload
