Job Description

The Head of Customer Experience will lead the development and implementation of strategies that enhance the overall customer journey. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, along with strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a team focused on delivering an exceptional level of service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer experience, customer service, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. They will also possess a proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience strategies.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with and support all business functions to ensure a consistent and positive customer journey.
  • Lead and mentor the customer experience team, fostering a culture of customer focus and excellence.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in customer experience.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to the leadership team.
