Customer Experience Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are recruiting a Customer Experience Lead to oversee the delivery of outstanding customer experiences in our store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising teams, managing inventories, and implementing action plans to drive sales and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure efficient store operations and impeccable customer service through effective team supervision
- Manage inventory levels, monitor budgets, and implement action plans to improve sales and efficiency
- Communicate regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
- Liaise between customers and internal teams to exceed expectations
**What We Offer:**
A salary of £48,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a bonus scheme and opportunities for career progression.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency.
