About the Role

The Luxury Customer Service Director is responsible for driving performance on key customer service indicators, including quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, SLAs, and Revenue. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring seamless relationships with internal teams and optimised customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Delivering exceptional Customer Service experiences through coaching, development, and performance management of team leaders.
  2. Building a strong network across regions to support best practice and performance.
  3. Collaborating with Retail counterparts to drive an enhanced client experience.
  4. Managing and developing a team of customer-facing professionals.
  5. Pursuing excellence in Customer Service through consistent delivery of Elevated Client Experiences.

Achieving success in this role includes achieving Service Levels within £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, and achieving Quality and Customer Experience metrics.
