Senior Enterprise Sales Director for EMEA Market Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Enterprise Sales Director to lead our team of sales professionals in the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, and fostering strong relationships with key enterprise customers.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy for the region, aligning with overall company goals and objectives.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key enterprise customers and stakeholders, providing value-added solutions that meet their business needs.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team success.
- A minimum of 7 years of sales leadership experience in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in a scale-up environment, tax technology, financial technology, or related industries is highly desirable.
