About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to lead our regional sales team in the EMEA market. As Senior Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the EMEA region.
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management to support business planning and resource allocation decisions.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of direct sales experience, preferably within the security industry, SaaS, software sales, or information security.
  • 10+ years of sales management experience, leading channel sales professionals.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in meeting assigned sales quotas consistently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the access control or security industry
  • Proven success in selling complex solutions or technology-based products/services
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and SaaS models
  • Experience leading sales teams in the EMEA market

The Ideal Candidate:

As Senior Regional Sales Director, you will earn an estimated annual salary of $180,000-$220,000, commensurate with experience.
