Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Director, Commercial Account Management to lead our sales team in the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth SaaS company and contribute to its phenomenal growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate will have significant sales management experience, extensive direct sales experience, and experience at a high-growth SaaS company. They will be a data-driven and inspiring people leader with strong communication skills and proven experience managing high-performing sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Set vision, measure, and execute a plan for the AM Commercial Team based in EMEA.
  • Manage a team of Commercial Account Managers, including but not limited to hiring, supervising, developing, and mentoring the team.
  • Provide direction and leadership to Account Managers to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Promote employee enablement, continuous learning, and feedback.
  • Collaborate across stakeholders to maintain strong leadflow for focus regions.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Customer retention.

On a weekly basis:

  • Meet with AMs to provide feedback, support, and training.
  • Accurately forecast on a monthly and quarterly cadence to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Lead weekly and/or monthly meetings with sales teams and leadership.
  • Partner with CS leadership to run Customer Facing teams of Coaches and Account Managers.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of Account Managers, identify opportunities for efficiencies.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new account managers.
  • Live the Culture Amp values by being a cultural ambassador during daily business activities.

**Salary**: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum depending on experience.
