In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals who are selling BlackLine's platform and products in the EMEA region to controllers and CFOs within our install base.

The Regional Director, EMEA Sales Excellence will focus on the growth of existing client accounts to attain product growth, increased revenue and profitability goals, whilst also minimizing and managing churn and attrition risk.

You will get to hire, train, coach and manage the performance of a team of sales professionals. Ensure team has scheduled and completed weekly activities which include pipeline building, customer relationship management, and managing churn & attrition through a combination of calling customer contacts and face-to-face meetings.

You will develop the region and increase market share by establishing effective sales strategies and methods that result in expanded footprint in client accounts through value selling.

The estimated salary for this role is £120,000 - £150,000 per year, depending on experience. You must be able to travel up to 50% of the time, where required, and be present in the London office a minimum 2-3 days per week on average.
