Strategic Sales Director EMEA Role

About the Role:
The EMEA Strategic Sales Director will spearhead the sales strategy for Broadcom's Enterprise Security Group portfolio in the region. This pivotal role drives retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA.
- Lead a team of EMEA account directors and collaborate with key partners to achieve financial and business goals.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
Key Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
- Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization.
Estimated Salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
