Your Role:

As Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the EMEA territories. This includes building and managing a high-performing sales team, establishing territory plans, and partnering with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective revenue and customer success processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the EMEA territories
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
  • Establish territory plans, including defining target accounts, developing sales forecasts, and allocating resources to maximize impact
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to create and implement effective revenue and customer success processes
  • Manage sales performance, including tracking key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of the data and AI market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams, including recruiting, training, and developing team members
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions
