CBRE Enterprise EMEA Service Delivery Lead

Job Summary: As the Global Workplace Experience Lead at CBRE Enterprise EMEA, you will oversee the delivery of premium workplace experience solutions to clients across the globe. Your key objectives will include establishing savings goals, creating action plans, and managing global team development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for Experience Services delivery worldwide.
- Lead Regional Workplace Experience leads and provide guidance on operational excellence.
- Maintain high-quality audits of the Service Business Continuity plan.
- Stay informed about industry developments and network with subject matter experts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality management or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in French a plus but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Estimated Salary Range: £65,000 - £95,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
