CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team located in the UK.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and ensuring business-wide adoption of QHSE Compliance strategies in line with the Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental strategy, policy, and process. This includes supporting the in-country Enterprise Accounts (EA) Platform HSE team, ensuring continued process improvement, and monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing HSE performance within the EA UK portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORTING THE IN-COUNTRY ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS (EA) PLATFORM HSE TEAM
  • CONTINUED PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND SUPPORT FOR QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS
  • IMPLEMENTATION OF HSE STRATEGY FOR EA UK BUSINESS IN LINE WITH CBRE GWS EA EMEA STRATEGIC PLAN AND ASSOCIATED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
  • MAPPING, REVIEWING, AND ANALYZING HSE PERFORMANCE WITHIN EA UK PORTFOLIO

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in HSE management, preferably in a facilities management or construction/project environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of implementing QHSE Management systems, policy development, and risk assessment methodologies.

Requirements
  • NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (and equivalent)
  • Knowledge of International Standards in Quality, Health, and Safety
  • Familiarity with auditing and quality management principles
  • Numerate with high computer literacy

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
