We are seeking a seasoned Data Centre Project Manager to oversee our Whitespace Technology Infrastructure projects in the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, technology infrastructure, and data centre operations, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with each project, ensuring compliance with CBRE policies.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

">
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, commercial awareness, financial acumen, influencing, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Technology/ICT sector specifically structured cabling, developing new project opportunities, managing teams, and creating bids and tenders.
  • Qualifications: Recognised technical qualification in ICT/structured cabling, Prince II, CNIDP, CDCDP, CTPM, or BEng.

Salary Estimate

£90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
