About the Job

Join our team as an HSE Manager and contribute to driving excellence in Health, Safety, and Environmental management across our UK operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing our QHSE Compliance strategies, ensuring business-wide adoption, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with the in-country Enterprise Accounts (EA) Platform HSE team to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  2. Analyze and review HSE performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance compliance
  3. Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and training programs to support business objectives
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed HSE best practices and promote a safety-first culture

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in HSE management. They will also demonstrate a deep understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in HSE.
