Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Lead to join our team at MacGregor Black.

This is a permanent role based in London, with a salary range of £55k - £65k + benefits.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in senior facilities management roles, preferably in a multi-site environment (retail, hospitality, leisure).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service schedules for statutory and legislative requirements, ensuring compliance.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and continuously improve service quality.
  • Audit and report on completed works, ensuring quality, time, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the development of a property-based FM system, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Oversee works projects from inception to completion.

About You:

  • Proven project management skills in live operating environments.
  • Detailed technical specification writing and contract administration experience.
  • Comprehensive Health & Safety and energy management expertise.
  • Strategic thinking with exceptional budget management skills.
  • RICS, CIOB, or BIFM membership is preferred.
