Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Support Coordinator to join our Hard Services Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance services to our clients. This involves maintaining BOH functions, ensuring a safe, efficient, and quality service is achieved, and demonstrating commercial success.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, time management skills, and experience using CAFM systems. Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero or Quickbooks is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the planning, coordination, and management of all phases of reactive and planned maintenance projects.
  2. Collaborate with project managers and maintenance managers to ensure effective labour allocation and adherence to agreed timescales.
  3. Oversee the departmental health of the CAFM system, ensuring data is properly captured.
  4. Monitor and manage the departmental fleet, ensuring scheduled maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.


Salary: Estimated salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum. Depending on location and experience.
