Career Opportunity: Facilities Coordinator
About the RoleWe are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Brighton. As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will support and coordinate activities related to delivery of workplace experience services for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver FM Operations service level agreements and scope of work.
- Coordinate with FM Operations, WPS and Engineering Service teams to deliver service excellence.
- Ensure contractors operate with authority and adhere to site rules.
- Support Campus FM and Engineering teams with QHSE Logbooks.
- Conduct monthly self-assessment audits.
- Coordinate site waste and recycling arrangements.
- Carry out statutory fire testing and checks.
- Act as deputy in line management's absence.
- Strong PC skills, MS Office.
- Well organised and good prioritisation and planning skills.
- Service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking.
- Practical experience in working with supply partners.
- Customer services experience and ability to communicate at all levels.
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions provides end-to-end services to occupier clients across the entire lifecycle of a building.
Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $75,000 per year
