Facilities Coordinator Specialist

This role is a 6-month fixed term contract, working 37 hours across Monday to Friday with flexibility to work on ad hoc call outs and weekends. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing periodic testing of electrical systems across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure site security and CCTV are monitored and maintained.
• Manage a team of 3, providing comprehensive support, mentoring, and coaching.
• Conduct annual inspections and site visits.
• Regularly test all equipment, including PAT testing for fixed appliances and inspection and control of legionella in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and stock control of supplies.
• Oversee utilities such as gas, water, and waste management across the site.
• Maintain relationships with fire and ambulance services.
Requirements:
• Experience in estates, facilities, or health and safety, preferably as an experienced manager.
• Hold a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
• Familiar with risk assessments using RIDDOR techniques.
• Possess a UK driver's license.
