We are looking for a skilled Facilities Management Coordinator to join our Workplace Team at Take-Two Interactive. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our UK studios.

About the Job:

In this role, you will work closely with the Facilities Manager and local leadership teams to coordinate Workplace Services across our studios. Your primary responsibility will be to support the creation and maintenance of a productive work environment that meets the needs of employees.

The estimated salary for this position is around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating Workplace Services activities across UK studios.
  • Collaborating with local leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the workplace experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records of Workplace Services activities and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders.
You'll Need:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. facilities management, business administration).
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
