Job Title: Facilities Operations Coordinator

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Facilities Operations Coordinator. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office premises.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect fixtures, fittings, equipment, and decor, and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
  • Manage housekeeping, general tidying, signage, and supply monitoring to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Facilities and Office Services, including ad-hoc tasks and data management.
  • Maintain accurate records of facilities issues, including reporting and resolving problems through the facilities ticket system in collaboration with the Facilities Supervisor.
  • Respond to minor emergencies such as leaks, prioritizing immediate crisis resolution, escalating underlying issues, and ensuring safety is not compromised.
  • Develop a basic understanding of health and safety at work and fire safety procedures around the office.
  • Provide reception cover during periods of sickness, annual leave, or busy times, including handling client inquiries, switching duties, and managing the inbox.
