We require a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our Estate Services team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and repairs.
- Coordinate general facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
- Manage grounds maintenance tasks, including litter picking and general upkeep
- Work with customers to resolve issues and improve services
- Complete all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed
- Maintain tools and equipment in a suitable condition
About the Role:
