Job Summary: Facilities Operations Leader

We are currently seeking a Facilities Operations Leader to join our team at Pareto Facilities Management. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve managing a portfolio of accounts, delivering service excellence in M&E and TFM operating models, and leading by example to exceed client expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective processes to manage workflow and measure output, leading performance management activities for team managers and members, and developing and managing budgets to limit overspend and ensure compliance. They will also be required to ensure compliance with statutory HSE regulations, promote a culture of health, safety, and welfare, and present facilities management reports to stakeholders highlighting key metrics using data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leadership within a building service environment, having successfully managed a mix of both directly employed and contractor maintenance staff. They should also have a formal IWFM qualification or similar, standard H&S related FM training, and membership of the IWFM.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
