Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Co-ordinator to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of the onsite Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless support across various operations, including Meeting Management, Events Management, and Sub-Contractor Management.

Key Responsibilities

* Meeting Management: Accurately maintain management team diaries, arrange meetings, prepare and circulate agendas, and attend to practical meeting arrangements
* Audits and Monitoring: Regularly inspect daily, weekly, and monthly activities, conduct health, safety, and environmental audits, and record accurate findings
* Events Management: Coordinate event requirements with hosts, book spaces and rooms, liaise with organizers, and inform service providers of additional requests
* Finance: Ensure correct variation documentation and invoicing processes are followed
* Other Duties: Participate in Senior Fire Marshall responsibilities, review emergency response plans, and attend meetings as requested
