About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at G4S Business Unit: US Youth Services. As School Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our school site.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage cleaning and caretaking staff across the school.
- Oversee semi-skilled maintenance work and contractor management.
- Take responsibility for equipment orders involving facilities across the school.
Requirements:
- Experience in delivering facilities management in an operational environment.
- Knowledgeable in relevant Health & Safety procedures.
- Line management experience coupled with customer service skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
- Annual leave entitlement – 20 days plus bank holidays Pro Rata.
- Uniform Provided.
