Job Summary:

As a Facilities Operations Coordinator at Ritz Recruitment, you will be responsible for the effective coordination of a residential building's compliance obligations, maintenance, and tenancy process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance of Fire, Health & Safety regulations
  • Update and manage live tasks on the facilities management platform
  • Assist with the planning of end of tenancy tasks
  • Assist with overseeing contractors and ensuring work is completed with agreed SLA's
  • Adhere to Health & Safety policies and ensure safe systems of work
  • Be the first port of call for resident complaints

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of H&S requirements for a residential building including contractor risk assessments, method statements, compliance checks
  • Excellent organisation and time management
