Facilities Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at hVIVO. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional support to our clinical and laboratory teams, and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all site facilities are running smoothly and efficiently
- Provide day-to-day support to the clinical and laboratory teams for equipment and consumables
- Manage and maintain facilities-related stock, including hand sanitizers, cleaning products, and office supplies
- Conduct regular health and safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations
- Perform other reasonable duties as required by the company
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
