We are seeking a highly skilled CBRE Property Management Technical Lead to join our Property Management team in the UK. This senior role involves leading the development and implementation of heat network strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing value for our clients.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including utilities and accounting, you will ensure the effective delivery of heat network services, manage complex queries, and provide expert advice on heat/cooling networks and energy centre operation. You will also contribute to the development of a suite of technical performance dashboards.

To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in building services engineering, CIBSE Heat Network Consultant certification (desirable), and significant experience in mechanical and electrical installations, energy systems, and heat networks. The estimated annual salary for this role is £80,000, commensurate with your experience, plus benefits.
