This challenging role involves managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering excellent client service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the transition of clients/properties in and out of CBRE management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, taking action or escalating any issues relating to non-compliance
  • Carry out property inspections to ensure properties are being managed effectively
  • Manage insurance valuations, providing accurate data to brokers for renewal and ensuring timely payment of premiums
  • Respond to legal notices received in relation to managed properties
  • Prepare data for client meetings, working closely with line managers
  • Attend client meetings, recording minutes and ensuring actions are completed
  • Manage rent demands, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Meet credit control targets for rent and service charge collections
  • Prepare client reports to agreed specifications and timescales, subject to approval by line managers
  • Manage tenant application fee invoices, ensuring timely payment
  • Review and obtain approval of service charge budgets, working with on-site facilities teams
  • Review service charge cash flows and budgets monthly/quarterly, as required
  • Approve service charge year-end reconciliations, adhering to RICS guidelines and client instructions
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling activities and progress them with line managers
  • Arrange and chair occupier meetings and liaison meetings, ensuring effective communication
  • Record minutes of occupier meetings and 1-2-1 meetings, completing actions within 5 working days
  • Manage forthcoming diary/lease events, taking appropriate action
  • Identify opportunities for providing additional services to clients and propose them to line managers
  • Review tenant applications, preparing client recommendations for approval by line managers
  • Comply with the Company's FCA Insurance Business Compliance Manual
  • Explore opportunities for new business generation, presenting effectively
