About the Role

This role requires a highly skilled technician to support the shift leader in carrying out all statutory and non-statutory planned preventative maintenance works across site.

  1. The successful candidate will ensure routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment, and systems, meeting and exceeding expectations and agreed service level agreements.
  2. They will respond to building management alarms and effect emergency repairs as needed.
  3. Strong communication skills are essential to integrate with all different departments for seamless delivery of services.
  4. The technician will be responsible for escalating incidents and writing incident reports, adhering to approved procedures.
  5. Maintenance and responsibility of critical equipment serving critical areas for the client, such as data centers and SER's.
  6. The ideal candidate will safely operate all systems within the building in a competent, effective, and efficient manner.
  7. They will prepare method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe working practices.
  8. Ensuring a safe & healthy working environment and compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies and arrangements.
  9. A professional image of CBRE must be presented to clients and visitors, delivering excellence in customer service.
Job Requirements:
  • Candidates must hold City and Guilds qualification and any relevant electrical or engineering qualification, along with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience as an Engineer in building services working in a critical environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Comfortable working a continental shift pattern, including weekends and nights.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
