Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Critical Systems to join our team at CBRE in London, UK. This role offers an estimated salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum and provides an excellent opportunity for career growth.

As a critical member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of CBRE Enterprise accounts, providing strategic support, and driving business growth. You will work closely with the Regional Engineering Manager to develop and implement plans that meet and exceed financial and operational commitments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality results and achieve business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement change.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to solve complex problems, and intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. A minimum of ten years post-training experience, three years of which in maintaining critical engineering environments, is required. A Health & Safety qualification (IOSH minimum or preferably NEBOSH) is also essential.
