Critical Environment Maintenance Engineer Job

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Critical Environment Maintenance Engineer to join our team in St Pauls, London. As a Critical Environment Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex systems, including mechanical and electrical equipment.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a critical environment and contribute to the maintenance of commercial building systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine checks and repairs, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently, and monitoring plant equipment.

This role requires a mechanically qualified individual with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a critical environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain complex systems, including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings.
  • Perform routine checks and repairs on air conditioning systems, water treatment plants, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure that all building services equipment is functioning efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct basic electrical duties, such as lamp changes and visual checks.
  • Escort specialist subcontractors and ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Mechanically qualified level 2 (C&G, NVQ etc) minimum.
  • Experience working in a critical environment.
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled and able to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
