Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Co-ordinator to join our Global Workplace Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our operations, including event planning, community management, and facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Event Coordination:
  • Plan and execute events, conferences, and meetings across various locations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
Community Management:
  • Develop and implement community-building initiatives to foster employee engagement and collaboration.
  • Work closely with facilities management to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Facilities Maintenance:
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any issues or defects.
  • Liaise with facilities management to resolve technical issues and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a commercial real estate or facilities management company.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Salary Range:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
