Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Co-ordinator to join our Global Workplace Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our operations, including event planning, community management, and facilities maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute events, conferences, and meetings across various locations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and implement community-building initiatives to foster employee engagement and collaboration.
- Work closely with facilities management to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any issues or defects.
- Liaise with facilities management to resolve technical issues and concerns.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a commercial real estate or facilities management company.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Salary Range:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
