About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Facilities Associate to join our team at New Spitalfields Market. As a Facilities Associate, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality, safety, and appearance of our facilities.

The successful candidate will have experience in general maintenance, repair work, or a similar facilities-related role. They should be proficient in using tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance work and have knowledge of health and safety practices, including the use of PPE, risk assessments, and safe handling of materials.

In this role, you will perform routine inspections of the premises, identify potential maintenance needs, and report findings to the supervisor. You will also maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide support to the supervisor as needed.
