You will lead a high-performing team, focusing on collaboration, inclusivity, and growth. Your goal will be to exceed ambitious sales targets by perfecting sales operations and optimizing processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Foster excellence through developing people, perfecting sales operations, and optimizing processes to exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute an EMEA go-to-market strategy aligned with AlphaSense's global objectives.
- Lead a high-performing team focused on collaboration, inclusivity, and growth.
- Use CRM and analytics tools to track sales metrics, forecast accurately, and make informed decisions.
**Requirements:**
- Proven sales leadership experience within SaaS or high-growth tech, including building and managing high-performing teams across EMEA.
- Metrics-driven focus, proficiency with pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Client-centric approach, deep understanding of the EMEA market, committed to delivering client value and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Expertise in managing complex SaaS sales cycles, with a focus on continuous sales process optimization.
**Nice to Have:**
Proficiency in German or French. Estimated salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per year.
