Job Title: Director of Sales Growth
Company Overview:
Mason Blake, a leading employment agency, seeks a highly skilled Director of Sales Growth to join their London office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the sales development team and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have prior experience in managing RFP processes and teams, ensuring the production of high-quality client presentations within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for RFP and client presentation production.
- Manage the New Business Support team, focusing on timely completion of new business proposals.
- Contribute to pitch writing and collaborate with senior management.
- Ensure the RFP database is up-to-date and accurate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable working under pressure, and have experience managing similar RFP/Marketing departments.
